iron man 3 worth the watch

Beginning with a theme and content, masterly creates depth and character to this successful franchise. iron man concedes he created a demon". The movie departs from the infallible super hero and shows the flaws and weaknesses of iron man. the nemesis is an up start genius born from the rejection of iron man, the movie provides intellectual subject matter about a new super hero type adaptation this time with involving the brain. unfortunate that the movie moves with the idea of evolution and the concept that man is still evolving and for some nutters who cannot distinguish reality and fantasy, a belief with grave consequences. The demon is not just the creation of his nemesis but also the source of this demon, that comes from iron man's pride. The movie exemplifies this in the scene where iron man successfully tests his new gadget and when he says, i am the best, his whole suit falls apart the content and script of this film has been very well thought after, especially since it revolves around the invention of his new suit that allow the suit to come to iron man whenever he is in trouble. the use of comedy is great and supplies the audience with up lifting antedote to the non action dosed up parts and ties the knots pretty well. There is plenty of investigative research in the film, always a great recipe for a good film, a sense of mystery, discovery and unravelling to a goal. the nemesis plan of creating a pseudo terrorist, speaks for the wider geo political landscape. In confronting the nemesis their seems to be a morale barrier a difference between the two's outlook. 4 out of 5

2012. s movie for the times

2012 This movie has great special effects, good recognisable actors and a side suspense plot, taking on realistic proportions what probably would happen when panic begins. taking his information from a nutter, the main character in disbelief starts believing when the official report of no panic is scripted and so because of his discernment, was able to prepare himself in time to evade immediate destruction from the doomsday event. allot of suspense is made from the evasion of the onterage from this impending doom. it makes you feel comfortable your snuggly at home The movie plays from the official government point of view to the plight of a family who now have possession of the spaceship map, a secret place left by the government as contingency for a dooms like event Adrian is the voice in the government repping the people. The movie provides this mystery of a destination, of a select people who may or may not manage to evade death from the doomsday scenario. change of locations and situations add to the appeal of this movie making it enjoyable wanting to watch more. quote"the lost all the landing gear in las vegas" little bit of humour. sometimes the underlining belief of the writer is known, when stating nature chooses who survives, which was quite cynical and contrary to christian tenets of salvation. evolutionism states this almost natural selection, actually narrated by the noble adrian fellow. the car escape from the plane was cool. twists and turns into this unfolding journey keep you interlocked. an ensuing argument interplays amidst the government between saving humanity with limited resources and saving people locked outside the gate the movie devotes itself to on the edge of your seat thrill and when one obstacle seems to be surpassed another one forms. the movie is slightly antagonistic to christian parallels like noah's ark, as a humantistic salvationship of scientific progress, when the frightful contrast is that science, not nature is destroying the world. especially in context of the courageous russian pilot who was a christian who had an icon with him in the cockpit, when faced with impending death does the sign of the cross, yet still plunges to his death. this is opposed to the ark salvation which seems, philosophically and theologically speaking is contrary to christian perspectives with a possible intention of the writer to impose this anti christian and humanistic message, continuing the long tragic human narrative that man can save himself without god, such as the one relayed by the optimism of the titanic era and the reigning of the age of scientific progress and the belief man can make a better world with science and the credo, the unsinkable ship. 3.5/5

django the westerner that is set apart

A nature of quiry and an intriguing opening bridges out to possible outcomes to this movie. A dentist seeking a sale and a witness and with a proper conduct is also a contrast a good shot the introduction to case character and scenario unraveled the curiosity with the audience. a must for a good film. scene 2 begins with an introduction and a definition. a content builder brings depth within a film. The bounty Hunter and the agreement commences and the scene against the sheriff is quite original as this bounty hunter prowess and capacity is pronounced and a novelty to a film. a man with a gun and an education and a strategy outwitting the guntotting south. The bounty Hunter no doubt the more interesting aspects of early american history. unfortunately is glamorized as legit. however best to see it in terms of the evil of the times. their is no profound good versus evil battle in this film. A story and twist when confronted with the sheriff, i won't give it away. But a masterly script about a unsuspecting wanted man and a reward for 200$. playing a role and an act against big daddy for information was almost comical and shows how money could change how a man is treated. the movie is revolutionary and an artwork piecing together a known historical narrative and status quo with a fictitious interplay of heroic feats and retribution. a great comedy contrast is made when the ku klux argue about the bags wearing over the head blinding them when they ride i thought the bag was a good idea, but without pointing the fingers, they could have it better."next time we go full regalia". "as long as the horse sees that is a raid". this scene witnesses a master strategy by the bounty hunter team. Now at the camp fire after foretelling a german legend, an agreement is made where the bounty hunter requests further help as a bounty hunter and then when the "snow melts" django can find his love at an estate. so a journey is introduced and and we look forward to it. at this point captivation of the audience is kept as the montage bridge song begins that introduces the audience to the next scene. a bit of a refreshener. the flashback of django's love is an enduring motivation for the film. the movie is conscious to employ all sorts of ploys to gain attention and we also have a scene django making target proactive with more bounty hunting scenes. making money for corpses is a profound morale wrong that seems to be legitimised in the film, further expresses the wrong about this time in history. despite these small bounty pocket hits, the big ones the audience prepares where some justice goal is envisioned, in this case the old retribution. scene candy land. a comic scene is the nigger who hates niggers" unfortunately there were the types that hated their own hating their own, one of the more unforeseen abuses of american slavery brainwashing and the psychology of roles cemented firmly across colour racial lines. The movie slows down at candyland, showing the movie accelerated to get to this point, where it is fine to preserve a frame or a visit at this plantation. the variation works very well. And it deserves to lay steady for a while[in a southern accent this sounds] The turn commences when Intrigue sets on the dinner table while candi [leo decaprio] gets advice from his discerning nigger servant that these bounty hunters were not here for a purchase of slaves but are here to take the girl hildi. candi is convinced. The business deal has a catch! The contention at the last scene seems that is aint too creativily made, 4/5.

gringo mel gibson quality action film

I love a plot that unfolds. The problem with identity thief was that they exposed all their cards with a predictable ending. The movie begins quick and sets you in gringo reaching jail because of a robbery. However the jail is not like we expected. it is a different life, a different market. money stolen and confiscated by corrupt cops then spills into a deserved suspense and mystery that gringo works out from the mexican open population jail that looks like a market The movie is like a chest game, not as simple as a who done and how to get out. mel gibson's character epitomizes guts, wit and courage and bravery and this character's fine flawless composition develops and diverges the already juicy plot into two pathways, while tactically evading a dead end as the character gringo as he is called plays out an assignment that unravels the hierarchy of corruption from the top down. the first one the kid he cares for and his impending misfortune with the gangster that killed his father and the other the chest game of befriending the jail hierarchy about higher level corruption they were left out on and does this with the information he acquired and a gun battle which saves the gangster from an incompetent cousin of the gangster. gringo makes a great team with this unsuspecting kid after gringo works out the variable reaction of this unusual and interesting jail environment This perspective putting scope and context to a movie which envelopes into wider implications which elevate the hero as the personification of justice, despite being a thief we apparently sympathise with. He is not just a thief imprisoned, he is empowered to funnel his way into the power structure in this riveting quality action film. The movie symbolises the common man's plight and his fight against not just the face to face low rank adversaries but their faceless superiors. it is hard not to be moved and motivated. the movie does not care to offend the porcelain mirage of a corrupt less society and this is why we love gibson's guttsy truthful approach to real action films. The film brings you in with colour, cinematography and is a film so easy to watch. 4.5/5

identity thief. a warm film with huge travel scene

Identity Theft The movie moves with a problem with a loop hole and it leads the movie to the direction where the lead actor has to confront the identity thief on his own accord. So the resevoir of comedy is threaded with this arrangement of bateman enticing the con woman back to confront his boss, so he is convinced that all that crime done was made not by him but by the conwoman. I like this bateman character and would love to see him in more films. the movie may be long winded and set in this travel situation where she messes up and bateman keeps reconciling the situation. the long winded aspect reminds me of robert downey movie due date. the long winded offset travel part of a film. it believes it can keep you engaged with the enemies and obstacles along the way. These films that concentrate on the journey are long winded and little boring. The plot feels like it had been temporarily suspended during the film, only to realize that most of the film focuses on this travel which is dubious and not too believable. it is a little fun how the con woman wins sympathy with strangers in pretending bateman's her ill treating husband. The redeeming aspect of the film is how this travel skit comedy thread leads us to a bank bust siphoning money from the firm he originally was thieved by, before a bunch of staffers decided to form their own company which bateman was invited on board with a better salary rate. this is from wiki, describing an undisciplined plot line. The film received mostly negative reviews from critics. It holds a 21% rating on Rotten Tomatoes based on 140 reviews. The consensus reads: "Identity Thief's few laughs are attributable to Melissa McCarthy and Jason Bateman, who labor mightily to create a framework for the movie's undisciplined plotline this is reference to the long winded travel thread that is diverted from the main characters of the original scenes and reverts to actions of two people in travel while the other characters interactions remain suspended based on the tenuous idea that brining this woman back would save his job and his family. this thread ties to the part where the con woman meets the family, further weakening any motivation for this long suspension from the plot mainly focusing on the antics of bateman the con woman. another redeeming feature is the message and little twist in the end, showing how love and understanding can be powerful forces than coercion. 2.7/5.

dark shadow casts good without shadow of doubt

An intriguing movie. basing a historical narrative a curse ensues of a jealous woman against the lover of another. the intrigue begins where a ancestor collins who had been cursed{to become a vampire] two centuries before, is suddenly raised into the modern age after his vampire tomb had been found. he visits his contemporary family ancestors and an intriguing contrast is found. nothing like the metaphor of an cursed ancestor coming to visit his family to resolve the myths. however this metaphor is played out in the theatrics of the gothic netherworld. the woman who cursed him to become a vampire is also now thrown into this contemporary scenario. comic relief is sewn in to compound this modern fish industry rivalry angel bay versus colins]between two vampires. and nothing like a little montage to connect two bits of a movie and refreshen the audience senses with the song, top of the world carpenters. i dislike the hypnotising bits and the vampires veil threats, which he barnabus colins[johnny depp] admits are wrong but seems like he certainly uses it into his freewill to win a fishing contract for his old family dynasty and reputation. "15 and no husband you should put your birthing hips at good use marry before you shrivel up and die" barnabus colins towards his family peer. The movie interludes plenty with this contrasts and innuendos. "she has the most fertile birthing hips i have ever laid eyes on". the part when barnabus expresses his interest in the victoria chick and is advised to be more normal. a definite comedy backdrop sidetracking away from the plot to create interest and diversity for the audience is well maintained. their is no doubt about the gothic penchant of the movie makers, where barnabus had to kill all the hipsters around the camp fire. seemingly an unnecessary aspect, it reveals, i believe a more darker and sinister ploy int the film, however the movie makers are conscious to create the old family friendly formula and this historical precedent and conformity neutralising any weird, dark and nonsensical elements in the film The movie addresses themes of psychiatrical abuse of yesteryear. a time of mental asylums when one appeared different would be sent into a psychiatric asylum. The movie parts into an alice cooper concert, where colins finds love and where destinies collide. more gothic scenes of random nonsensical terror where one family member is caught stealing collins blood so she became forever immortal. He also induces a father to leave his son on the veil choice between committing to becoming an exemplary father or to leave the home. certainly a worthy duel in the end briding a fight spanning quite a few generations. the witch angelic wanted colins love or rather to possess him. a glass heart shattered. so it spins into a romantic vampire tale with the old english mr darcey like movie, a catching mix for the teenage audience to say the least. the brilliance is in the end. where curse is broken with a sacrifice. most certainly fitting for a greek myth. 2.8/5

benchwarmer a worthy screwball film!!

the title of the film, is both marketable and suggestive of a sort of underdog antagonistic comedy. the films has been criticized as being slap stick sophomoric gross out comedy, however i am someone that hates scriptwriters who create films exclusively based on stupidity and innuendo to cover up for the lack of wit an ingenuity in a film. this film is not a sophmoric one, i believe it blends this element with the more ironic and wittier elements of the film. the film successfully incorporates irony and use of exaggeration and men acting as children,as a comedy tool feature exemplifying the silly underlining principal, that they are doing all of this and taking it serious and they are men not children" creates the foundation of a consistent comedy backdrop that constantly derives sources of inspirational skit moments spontaneously and organically drawn. a love a movie bringing a small insignificant thing into a major thang. a little bit of steinfield, but set around a baseball farce and grown ups who are really kids and are immature and this makes it really funny. the movie got into that witty territory commencing with a competing game of baseball against nuisance children who bully this poor kid who turns out that his father is a billionaire nerd as he self professed. great gag baseballer father who is a billionaire nerd played by jon lovitz buying u the batmobile and nightrider. the baseballer throwing his baseball bat into the trees and killing squirels reminds me of caddyshack which is a witty screwball light and feel good comedy. a movie always has features intertwined to add spice to each scenes, a famous baseballer, a talking robot and the overzealous father not quite grown up. the famous baseballer teaching the team baseball fundamentals in a very eccentric and funny way reminiscent of dodgeball teaching method. completely out of fun and very engaging. the nerd versus jock rivalry is faintly apparent..well there is after all a nerd headquarters. some comedy bits might be silly, but on the whole the composition is harmonious with the introduction, who are you? a great gimmick. the nerd seeing this billionaire with a nightrider. jon lovitz character creates a great compliment with a notable feature showcasing his dream graving home. he comes into play in this film threading the dramatic rivalry amongst adults in the village. it felt for a moment that part of anchorman where all the channels have a fight scene. the movie certainly draws you in, by introducing you to their rivals. I love the part a nerd saying to the woman of interest," anything you want and the store is free" phrase overzealousy trying to impress the salad chick from pizza hut is cute. the movie has depth of characterisations, not just the naturally funny rob sneider, but his moment reflecting his son might be a midget reject like he was in school, shows the depth of characterisations set in the backdrop of this successful comedy. cause of the benchwarmers is the theme as set by the billionaire nerd. Howie, Richie's agoraphobic brother is a worthy skit addition, that seemed so weird and shocking that it was funny. looking like a man dressed as a woman and is totally afraid to go outside for me is a witty addition adding to the outrageous exaggeration of what we may relate in our lives of what we may consider weird. playing a tournament representing all the kids who were never allowed to exceed in sports and were bullied. sometimes complete stupidity that is out of context and completely unexpected creates a sense of ironic humour that is basically hammering home, perhaps a metaphorical message when the baseball hits a man couple by the side of a kids pool and the ball destroys his dessert and he crys like a baby. i believe this stupidity is a form of wit characteristic of successful screwball comedies. like caddyshack was one big ironic pitch, where the game of golf was more important than the game itself, but was like water to these adults. how they recreated a whole weird and wonderful culture of contrasts like bill murray's grasskeeper pitch. totally out of sinc, but in sinc. ironic humour interplayed!!! passing an adult as a 12 yr old to play the competition with a identity card written with a crayon and with a convenient 100 dollar bribe stash is funny. the drunk latino hits off very well. of course his weakness.howie also has to play baseball and gets an encouragement from the crowd. go weirdo. not finishing with this big game and with pronounced rivalry and variation. especially for me i do not even follow baseball as an australian. the end focuses gus being a bully himself. who is part of the good guy camp. build it, the nerds will come", for years i thought the sun was a monster, it is not a monster it is not" some of classic quotes of the film. the movie really spawns a positive message, we can all relate to the hipocritical benchwarmer growing up, especially the corruption in sport and its competitive nature.the benchwarmer is a sub culture and great niche this movie capitalised on and provided a great title and message to the movie. 3/5

Hotel Transylvania a fun filled heartful film

the animation is absolutely beautiful. The poster with its emulate decoration and quality surely hinted as a good animation story. the compounding engaging factor is certainly the making out of normalisation of the monsters as human characters that we can relate to. however with spicy intricate differences like This movie is an easy 4/5 strong content thread historical narrative justifying his strong feeling of overprotecting his daughter as cresendo peak of conflict and a beautiful beautiful twist in the end, the dead's mothers gift finally opened that offers a solution to this peak in the film. The ending part of the film following this peak towards the solution is terrific as there is the prelude, the interlude and more and more. where we expect the film to end, there is more adventure and there is no predictably here. disguising themselves in a human village, the monsters are united to help count's daughter rekindle the love with the human boy who entertained the monsters while the count tried to conceal his real identity. this concealment provided a beautiful theme and thread for entertainment. providing quality content, trying to keep what is hidden, yet a inevitable converging element is the film is evident. entertainment level is high and scene thread tying the plot are tightly knitted and superbly executed. romantic elements are gorgeous and prominent throughout the film. the film is warm with a simple and engaging storyline that brings in the audience right until the cresendo peak and more throughout the ending that draws in the crowd to be motivated for this purpose and last prelude adventure for love and romance. then from a communal adventure adventure and a human endorsement to a chase. the little girl wolf is an example of the warm and depth of the film, draculla thanks her for her assistance with thankyou cutey. the daughter of the count, is cute as a baby and beautiful as she grows up and all she wants is as like any other teenager at 118, to explore the world around her and meet someone her age. her father engineers a pretend human village to turn his daughter off from humans so that she remains in the safe castle forever, as he no longer has trust in humans from past experiences, eg burning his wife. however in the midst of entertaining his monster guests with human habits,a dude backpacker boy followed the monsters home, after masking themselves as bad humans trying to eat count's girl orchestrated by the count to turn off the daughter from ever wanting to wonder out. the solution of the movie is great as it resolves the prejudices of the count and generates a beautiful love story we can all relate to. a love story without overt romantic elements. te only element diliked is the count inhabiting a human to parade a message to the boy he is seeking for his daughter.

prometheus entertaining but religiously uninspiring

This film imposes a atheistic belief system around the cult status of giants of old and antiquity. once they were giants in those days, the bible says. the film has all the ques to quickens the introduction of the characters, the suspense narrative, the teasing of the audience why are these people on this spaceship and sent on an assignment but a eccentric entrepreneur. the eccentric entrpreneur paradox was introduced by the film contact, where an eccentric funded a time space traveling module. the unravelling of the plot before the plot is explored preserves viewer interest. character build up tension creates anticipation for a cresendo, a natural conflictive peak in the film that would lead once again to the truth of the matter. the film does well building up interest with the antiquity presentation. many films create content and historical depth and character in the film by having that library research scene where a subject and mystery is studied by the cast and viewed by the audience as a sort of participant in the mystery unravelling of the plot. the front poster allures this contrast between history and science fiction. a confronting marketing pitch very effective. sporadic elements of thriller suspense are interwoven. unfortunately where the entertainment element is adequate and quite stimulating, any philosophical or theological searching through a film, or most films for that matter ought not be sort, especially with this film. A scene shows the robot take a crucifix from one of the characters, perhaps symbolic of the part he is taking from not siding with the character noomi rapace, of her cares and concerns. that led to the abortion of an alien birth by a self automated computer surgeon. The film infers that humanity is the offspring of this prehistorical race of giants or gods. this trend has been promulgated officially by the history channel which produced many series around this ideology. the theological messages inherent in the film are conflictive and probably intended so that the audience can interpret according their individuals beliefs. But the decision of a character to not want to go back to earth but search for the gods further, is a symptom contrary to the faith in the crucifix she claims to have. it narrates more a faithless fallen humanity who believe scientific determinism through the passages of the last frontier are the means by which one can search for gods. the film's flaw is encountered here. the film concludes that these beings are not good. however the surviving character wants to know more. this stream of reasoning the preludes the closing of the film is a weak premise. Spoke Zarathustra by Friedrich Nietzsche, and featured a video of Weyland, who quotes from the book.[176] reference to wiki on this movie. one can see the deistic and nilistic atheistic drive around the film. the doom and gloom is a universe without meaning driving people to believe blindly that man's destiny lies in traveling to the far reaching destinations of the universe. of course this symbolises the doom and folly of modern science and its proven destructive effects on the globe and its inflated worth to humanity at a time where our scientific determinsim has driven us to believe we are above nature and we can control it with disastrous effects. this modern scientific determnisim resembles medieval feudal tendencies. the romans had solar energy considering the earth the natural sustainer and harmoniser we are subject to. todays civilisation rather utilise nuclear energy than the sustainable and less profitable solar energy. this movie resembles meloncholia in some of its gore. their is no happy ending because the script writer does not believe in fairy tales, but wanted instead a marketable ending based on interpretation and pluralism, but systematically erased any certain definitive happy ending . even though the ending was not sad. the bad mission resembles the failed ship of progress of modern science, parading its benefit and worth, when it has done more bad than good.

the watch movie as good as burbs?

The watch presented a direction that combined comic and dramatic elements relatively well. Something reminiscent of the burbs that relayed more the happy communal feel in a movie, the watch Is set around the encounter of a murder with a resolve for a community watch group formed to protect the community The integrity of the positive message is preserved through the parade of comic relief interplay that actually adds substance tone and character to the film Loving the cast, with good varied characterisations. The use of exaggeration to illustrate a point thru comedy is brilliant As this device ensures mass communication to diverse audiences, hammering the point home that no matter the community threat the community Can tackle it even if it means saving the world from alien invasion to accomplish it. The comic opportunity is formed from the plot where we expect a serious determined community group to fight crime when they are only your guys next door that want company and have some beers. The contrast to produce comedy has been best executed in the scene when the groups first assignment is egg throwing kids at a stadium And they achieve there first victory which now means automatic induction to save the world. Super sci fi elements blended well with the comedy. And ben stillers character in befriending alien was the exact outake as his role in,there is something about mary. I tend to review films i like i will review robert downy juniors film due date which resembled planes trains automobiles in a stranger way, but in all fairness did not fair well the burbs with tom hanks is the ultimate community watch movie as the scene is still within a community setting, the dramatic build up of suspense and mystery tantallising the audience throughout, the twist at the end gave that interlude piece the needed satisfaction from a predicted ending. the watch not as good as the burbs, but is worth the watch. 3.5/5

the dictator a rare comedy hit

I enjoyed this film and it is a recommended flick. The film was funny all the way through. a well thought out movie in every direction and as renewed respect for cohen despite his insult of christianity in one of his films. he decided not to fill the film with filth and slap stick that required little skill and talent that which we witnessed in bruno. It instead had witty moments throughout. There were classical ques throughout the film. the torture seen when cohen character the dictator gets kidnapped and the torturer is discouraged by his outdated torture instrument set that the dictator is obviously acquainted with. The sleek innuendo of the dialogue between the dictator and the the nuclear tests specialist is hilarious, The dictator showing disgust that the rocket was not pointy like in the donald duck cartoons. A great contrast in the film was that the dictator had a human side, despite paying well to do actresses gold in exchange for sexual favors he still wanted to cuddle. this form of comedy reminds me of the contrast presented in austin powers character that worked incredibly well when the most evil man in the world who wanted to conquerer the world had a sinister loving side and like everyone else had a difficult teenager to deal with while he attempted to become the all that, modern, up to date father. the austin powers films can be watched over and over again like a song. this is what makes a great film is its digestibility and timelessness. His banishment in a alternative hippie environmental conscious eco sort of store provided more anecdotes and contrasts and fertile comedy ground. The best one is when the dictator became angry with the sales manager who thought him to be an activist like herself, brought him under her wing. comical relief and interchange of characters blended well with blatant anti woman anecdotes were met by anna faris with an interpretation of unusual humour and tolerance characterised by her hippie pro environmental activist background. black humour played well with the dictator saying," a woman in education is like a monkey on roller skates, it means nothing to them, but it means so much to us. a little battle of the sexes nab is always an igniting and fun point. it also reinforces and moderates trends for cowardice political correctness to clout society and is always commended by screen writers as long as it is not immoral and too dirty having no witty or coherent element. the film becomes a little counter culture when the dictator admonishes the crowd that america should have a dictatorship too as you can bail out your bankers, trick your people to support the war for the media, undertake illegal torture activity etc. enough said!! Another quirk is when the dictator keeps talking about her, replicating a everyday taboo and no brainer creates a huge comic cresendo given the contrast with his character. a austin powers interplay. the dictator says when he got angry with zoey and wanted to cut her head off[anna faris] he suddenly felt refrained from doing it. this was a sign of his love. hilarious. another anecdote that is witty when during his speech, his turns his hatred filled talk to one of love of democracy while starring at the love of his life. 3.5/5

grown ups film satisfies drama and comedy blend

grown ups. 215px-Grownupsmovie.jpg The film's direction was unexpected. a combination of comedy and a dash of drama, the elements worked well, given the cast, the fresh splash of surprise of a family narrative, a message of good friends, values and good times. It did not strive desperately for a skit like format to all the scenes, which has its own advantage, it unravelled naturally and spontaneously. The conflict of the movie was produced when friends accidentally unite and share old times and decide to take a vacation together and then sandlers[lenny feder] wife played by salma hayek wanted to upstage and snub/disrupt the well grounded and equal reunion by taking a trip to milan for a fashion show. The beauty of the film is that it takes its time anchoring the audience in the scenery backdrop of the vacation as if we participate in it. the attraction for the audience is clearly, the audience relates to this this and would love to be there. we would love to meet old friends of whom we spent our childhood with and go to a waterworld and act like kids again. The message of the film is simplicity. no computer games, no pompy pedal stools and fancy breakfasts in fancy resorts as we witness with sandlers kids who were so accustomed to the high life, that they could not adapt to the vacation. The film still had the skit essential treasure trove and comedy was interwoven nicely within the screenplay of the film, while directing the audience the more important and serious message of the film, about friends in need and friends as equal and not hiding behind their work. in a finale a basketball game is played and the director flashbacked to when they were young and i have to say it was emotional. they did not win as we would expect, but the message is clear, no matter what they go through, the most important win is that they are together. It was great to see rob schneider playing a alternative trendy and steve buscerni whom we would like to see play organic hang out inspirational roles. like ghost town. Despite the film not living the expectation of all out comedy reminiscent of the cast, the movie more than compensated for this and achieved a organic and natural fun family feel good feel, filled with out takes of drama that has a merit and accolade on its own accord. good message and content rates highly, comedy skits rate highly, while the general feel was targeted to grown ups who despite being indulged and satisfied by the adequate comic moments, are filled with the satisfaction of a drama narrative reminiscent of stand by men where we reflect back to childhood and wonder what life was all about. which is a bit of trademark and hallamrk of sandler films who relates to child like fun and outgoing behaviour. The film was a fresh change to many other comedy films and worth a watch to this cynic i am who prefers to youtubing documentaries than watch bland and predictable scripts. The film is a 4 out of 5. the film had no real drop of conflict it was dispersed throughout the film. it did not delve into an all out family drama as it had to accommodate for the interlay and comedy elements nicely interlaced.
